Last week, it was snail mail affectionados. Now it's folks lovin' beautiful stationery. Probably into fountain pens too.
I'm not knocking it...I love beautiful stationery, cards, and am great fan of handmade paper, handmade books and hand-done calligraphy. The trinity all go together. I did take several courses on Western calligraphy with real steel nib dip into inkpot calligraphic lettering work. Not just the simpler fountain pen styles with interchangeable nibs or calligraphic magic marker nibs.
What I have noticed in stationary stores, tend to be frequented more by ..women. Wonder why. Maybe it's just me.
