There are some other options too,
Jamis makes a 13", Ellsworth does tiny, Pivot, Yeti....

There are many companies out there with 13" frames, so try and research what will be a comfortable fit for YOU. Do you have shops/friends that ride a size similar to yours that would be helpful?

After selling a few small bikes within the last couple of weeks, I have had very good luck with the KHS Alite 1000. It is reasonably priced and you may find a good deal on a closeout bike. Might be something to think about as well.:p
