Honestly. First the koobface virus, now I find bogus charges for an online training program on my credit card statement. After some investigation, I found that when I ordered some online supplements in August, I got signed up (without my knowledge) for the training program for $29.95 a month.
It billed under one name the first month, then switched to another name. I caught it when it billed two consecutive months under the same name. (I know, not careful enough checking my statements.)
I called and after MUCH argument and threatening to take it further, the charges were reversed, and I have confirmation numbers. I'll be sure to check to make sure they really do get taken off my bill. They keep trying to make you feel stupid because you didn't see the "clear statements that you were agreeing to try the training program." No, I don't think so. I found a forum with a lot of identical complaints about the same company.
I also e-mailed the original supplement company to let them know that their affiliation with this unethical program was surely costing them business.
My lessons learned: Do not buy from an unknown internet company just because they have the cheapest price. (2.) Check credit card statement more carefully.
