I have been off my bike for about two months after a few health issues including a nasty bout of Bronchitis. Today was my first day back on the bike and it was wonderful. My average speed sucked and my fitness is gone but I did not feel like my chest was being squashed in a vice so its all good. I am so happy I still have a big goofy grin on my head.:D

Not here in Australia we are already a fair way through the day. Is the 16th a special day for you?

Awwww....thanks! I saved a cupcake for you! (I found the best way to ensure I get plenty of cake is to make it myself).
