I'm debating between two jerseys at the TE store and wonder if anyone is familiar with either of them. I have had trouble finding jerseys that fit well, so need to make an educated guess on which one might fit better. I'm 5'9", so sometimes jerseys are too short. I also have big boobs, so while it might fit around my bust, it's hanging loosely around my waist or if it fits well on my waist, too snug on the boobs.

One is by Primal Wear. It's hot pink and says RIDE on it with some graphics. I've never owned a Primal Wear.

The other is by Castelli and is called Sentimento. It's fuchsia. I have a Castelli jersey that hasn't held up so well. Some snags in the fabric and the stitching in the pockets has started to come out. I'm hoping it was just that particular jersey, but if anyone knows anything about the general quality of Castelli, please let me know. It fits "okay". I'm guessing different jerseys fit differently, though.

I should add that I prefer a somewhat snug jersey, closer to a race cut, over a relaxed fit. Yet with my club jersey, I have to wear a men's race cut medium or even large, because the women's is WAY too short and WAY too tight.

One of my favorite jerseys is a Louis Garneau. It fits well, looks nice, good quality, etc. If only they had something I liked right now.

I had to go one size up in Primal to accommodate my boobs, and there's not a whole lot there to accommodate. Castelli is the only brand I've found that actually fits me properly, but then I appear to be weirdly shaped.
Primal does last, though, according to BF. His mom has a couple of Primal jerseys that she's had for years.

Agreed, Primal runs small.. I have two of them and am "stuffed". Castelli's have plenty of room for boobs and are also longer. I have not had trouble with my Castelli's holding up, but I don't put them in the dryer and I'm pretty "easy" on my kits.

I love my Castelli jersey. :) As for the Primal, I was borderline on the boobs, so I went up a size. There's now some spare fabric there. I could have probably gotten away with a size smaller. I'm not opposed to relaxed-fit jerseys, but it's a little looser through the waist than I'd like, but a size smaller might be a little short. That said, there are some very cool-looking new designs from Primal, so I think that might be my birthday present to me...

Thanks. Sounds like Castelli is the safer choice. Hopefully the quality problems I have with my Castelli is not the norm.
