I've had good luck with the recipes in this article (http://www.motherearthnews.com/Real-Food/Artisan-Bread-In-Five-Minutes-A-Day.aspx)and plan to get the book soon. It was the first time I'd ever tried to make round loaves - and they came out lovely!
