Now that Autumn/Fall is upon us, and Winter is just around the corner, just wondering how everyone keeps up their training at this time of year.
Cross-training, turbo sessions, time off the bike?
I'm working on putting together a fitness programme to keep me ticking over until the spring - and just curious as to what everyone else does at this time of year.
I think I'll be aiming to do a few mixed turbo sessions a week, as well as a long group ride at the weekend - but interested to hear what's helped other people keep up their motivation and fitness levels when the weather turns nasty and the nights drawn in.
