My lights are all in storage limbo, so I went to an LBS and came out with one of these:

(My camera cable is also in storage, otherwise I'd post my own picture)

It's a beautiful design -- no moving parts, really. It took a little bit of elbow grease to stretch the silicon around my sfa handlebars enough to snap in place properly (the silicone skin has to fit over the power button just so). Best part: it's got a nice thin profile for my narrow handlebars.

I'm not sure how this light will perform in darkest conditions, but I think it will do pretty well for adding visibility in a variety of lighting conditions. It's got constant, flashing, and slow flash modes. They require cars here to have daytime running lights, so I figure the same probably applies for bikes.

I've been eyeing those at my LBS. I like them better than the frogs.

I have one on my bike. They're good for being seen, but not necessarily for seeing. It is my dedicated front blinky. I broke down and got a Light & Motion Stella 120 to see by.

Yes, I should have mentioned that: there are probably better options for lights to see by. It's probably bright enough to illuminate a road sign if aimed high enough, or some road/path, but I have not tested it at night to be able to say for sure.

I'm currently riding only during daylight hours, so this suits my purposes.
