I tried to find the answer to this but was unsuccessful. Is there any way to block someone from sending you PMs (I don't want to limit my PMs to Admin & buddy list---just want to keep one user from sending me PMs).

I think the Ignore List works the same as the Buddy List. It's in the same place on --uh--I guess it's the PM page, on the left, on the bottom.
