olympic and sprint same weekend

Have the hardest tri I have done so far on Friday, Olympic distance, 8 steep short climbs, 1k each but 8%, swim in a cold lake and flat run. Then, if I can recover on Saturday, will do Sunday's sprint triathlon. But leaving myself the out option for Sunday in case I am just too tired. Will RR when I get home on Monday. Look at it online, Guatape, Antioquia, Colombia, beautiful.

I've done back to back races, sprint on a Sat and Olympic on a Sunday. It's not easy but totally doable.
