Hello Ladies,
I am new to the area, and looking for a good women's cycling clinic to get the cobwebs off of my skills. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Love2Wheels

Hi Love2Wheels and welcome to the bay area! We have a really active women's cycling scene here, so dust off those cobwebs and come out and play!
We've got a handful of clinics on tap for September and October. I hope you'll come out and join us for one of them!

Hi love2wheels,
I have been going to the clinics at Integrate Fitness in Mt View with some friends. I am going to the intermediate clinic on Oct 3 &4. They cover much more then just bike skills. i finally got all my questions answered regarding gear, cremes, etc. The instructors are very fun. Check out their site and good luck! http://integratefitness.com/itsagirlthing ps I got my bike fit by jami too and it really helped my riding comfort
