Watch out those spreads

At this buffet breakfast offered by hotel, where we are staying I picked up one of the Philadelphia cream cheese pkg. for bagel: 80 calories. :eek:

Admittedly over the past few years, have lost alot of my taste for cream cheese.

80 calories doesn't seem like much to me, but I guess it depends on what your daily caloric needs are....

I've quit eating bagels and cream cheese because of the calories. I started buying english muffins and putting on a little peanut butter. I know peanut butter is loaded with calories too.
