Would suggest you fast forward to section where she is cycling her big tricycle ( start at 4:15 time on the viewing screen) here:

Though she maybe wearing makeup for videotape filming done this yr., she still looks good in her face and general mobile.

Just so cool that she is active and alert!

Personal story, non-cycling:
When my partner's mom was 91, she still insisted on walking with her walker cart on the sidewalk. It was slow going with my partner following his mom closely behind, in case she fell. She walked for 4+ kms. which included a 10% grade going downhill. By the time, she got to our place, she was beat but extremely satisfied with her performance. This woman never drove, so she was quite accustomed to walking to the grocery store (approx. 2 kms. away) up to her mid-80's to do her own shopping after her husband died. She loved to walk, which included walking her dog.

Wow, what an inspiration to keep moving and living, not letting my body and brain turn to mush!

DO NOT SKIP A THING
Watch this in it's entirety.
This woman is fantastic.
She looks great, has friends, a keen sense of humor and gets her hair did.

Loved her poem too.

She reiminds me so much of my Grandma who power-walked around her lake in Florida every day. Then had her nice cold Budwieser (sp?) as a reward. She also rode a 3-wheeler, but thought of that as her "car" since she'd never managed to get a drivers license. She used it to visit her friends and to go grocery shopping. I loved that woman totally. And I miss her to this day.
