Hey everyone,
You may recall me posting a note awhile back about organizing a women's road cycling team through LUNA. Well, our first ride is tomorrow - Saturday July 9th at 9:30am and I'd love for you all to come out with us. We'll be handing out free LUNA samples on a beautiful ride through the Berkeley/Oakland hills.
Start at Rockridge BART station at 9:30am. We will then head up Old Tunnel Road to Skyline, travel along Pinehurst and Moraga Way, then return via Wildcat/Grizzly Peak/Claremont
For those wishing a shorter ride and fewer hills to climb, we'll drop you off at Orinda BART on on our way to Wildcat via Camino Pablo.

Diablo Sunday the 10th at 9am from Walnut Creek BART) and a great clinic coming up on July 16th in Marin to learn technical skills on the bike as well as an informative talk on physiology and biomechanical fit of the bike from pro-racer Julia Violich - I'll post more in a separate post next week.
