I had such a cr@p day at work, I cried a lot and came home headachy and exhausted & first wanted not to ride with my OH, then ride anyway to air my brain out. Got all geared up.
See the issue I have is this asymmetry in my feet that is driving me totally nuts, I feel the cleat is too far forward on the right foot and that it's partly to blame for the muscular problems I've had on that leg.
I'd been at the fitter's about 2 wks ago and was willing to try new shoes and got a pair of Sidis. He said to be conservative first and then maybe move them a little more. Sunday I tried it on the MTB shoes and it was such a relief. It ends up almost 1 cm set back.
So since it was driving me nuts - I went for it and duh - I managed maybe another 3mm.
So much for the new shoes at a 300$ price tag. I turned back home after 20 m, still feeling asymmetric, sending my OH off on the ride frustrated, and I just came back here bawling.
I hate this day.
Can I drill new holes in my 300$ Sidis???????? Or I want to give them back.
waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! :o
