I have RP's & the RX inserts but am having an issue with one set of lenses. For some reason, often when I wear the clear lenses, the bit between my insert & the back of the front lense fogs up. I've applied Fogex to my lenses but it hasn't helped with the clear ones. (I have a blue & orange set that don't seem to do this)...

I normally only wear them if it's raining or on night rides etc. It's really really annoying when i'm mountain biking & can't see a thing... I don't want a repeat of last year's 12hr lap at oohh about 2am where I had to stop on the side of the trail & wait for my glasses to de fog...I was not impressed.

Any ideas?

I wonder if they are any thicker and closer to your head? Meaning the clear lens.

I love my Rudy Projects. I still wear my contacts. I hate not having my periph vision.

I have one side fog up more than the rest. But that's a scar issue with my head being un-even. That lens is closer to my head.

Maye the colored ones also have some type of additional coating that aids in the non-fogging?

I know they make a mirrored clear lens in a non-script. Maybe they do in RX. Dunno if that might fog less.

For the $$$ Rudy's cost, they should be some resolve. Can you reach anyone direct?

Maybe there is something wrong with that lens - can you take it back to the store and have it exchanged with a new set? I've used Rudy a lot in the past and never had any fogging problem on colored or clear lenses.
