Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Just signed up on this site today. I love reading all of your posts. It has been very informative and fun to read. I have been cycling for a while, however had to take about 5 years off due to back problems and just recently have been able to ride again. Woo Hoo. Hope everyone is enjoying their summer. I sure am :)

Hello! Thought I'd say hi back. :) I'm relatively new to this site too, and spend more time reading than posting. Also, you're lucky it's summer up there - down here in NZ we're just getting into winter and it's very very cold!

solo- good to hear your back has healed up adn your back on the bike... back injuries are the worst!
