If I am bloated from food, liquid in my tummy, it's reduced a whole lot after 15-20 kms. of cycling into the ride. Somehow it's doing just 2-3 hills, that just does it for me.

Nearly every time. :o A great feeling. :)

Several members of my family have confirmed that moderate exercise improves digestion. If bloating is a problem, you might want to research celiac.org. Just a thought.
