I am getting ready to do some triathlons again; yet I need to stay out of the sun as much as possible.

I am hoping for some advice on tri-shorts that are at least capri length to keep the sun off my thighs.

I have Desoto's cool wings I use now for my arms when I cycle; however I am concerned about putting them on after swimming due to their snugness. I tried swimming with them and they irritated me under the arms. I tried the arm coolers when riding as well, but they did not stay up. Any ideas for a top that can be worn for all three events would be great.

I live in the south and being in the sun is something I can no longer do. However, I love being and playing outside so....

Any ideas would be most appreciated!!!

I know a man and a woman who both wear long sleeve compression shirts (rash guards made for surfing or Under Armour type shirts) during their races. The man wears it because he overheats too much and it helps to keep him cool, the woman wears hers because she want to keep the sun off her skin. Both swear by them, and both wear them on the swim under their full suits (don't know how well it would work under a sleeveless suit or no suit at all).
How about this...

There are a couple of companies that make sun protection tri clothing. Here's Craft's shirt: http://www.trisports.com/craft-konatritop.html

Here's the Skin's brand clothing: http://www.skins.net/us/en/Products/BioAcceleration_Technology/ICE

They're all pretty expensive.
