This is gonna sound like I'm being a brown noser, but I just have to let everybody here know what a terrific person Susan Otcenas is. I met her for the first time this week-end at our ride in Eastern Oregon. She is a lovely, gracious young woman who has a sparkly personality and a ready smile for everybody. And that girl can ride! She tackled our hardest routes with vigor and was dancing with Jeff at the end of the day. I wish everybody had the opportunity to get to know her. I feel very fortunate that I had that opportunity, and I look very much forward to seeing her again.

And Jeff is super, too. What a great, fun-loving couple! And, of course, she had on the cutest outfits!!!

years back doing the Jenny Ewing memorial shirts I had the opportunity to speak with her on the phone. She is not only a savvy business owner- who I look up to. BUT she is a fantastic person as well.
AND she's done a great job on WW. Another thing I look up to her for. Being a business owner AND taking care of yourself is not easy.

I recently went back to using SPD's after experimenting with Frogs and CrankBros. I wanted to make sure I was installing the cleats correctly so I went to the YouTube and typed in "how to install spd cleats".
