Cannondale/Diadora mtb shoe sizing ?

Good Morning,

I have an opportunity to order some women's Cannondale/Diadora mtb shoes for my wife but I need to know if they run small or large or not as I will not be able to return them if they don't fit. I myself take a 9.5 in street shoes but a 44 in Cannonadale/Diadora which translates (according to the Cannondale sizing chart) to 10.5.

I am wondering if the women's sizing also runs small ??
My wife takes a 7.5 in sneakers

I am looking at the Womens Escape & Womens X-Trail Evo models.....
