I saw this on craigslist. They have organized rides & a swap meet
The 12th Annual Cirque du Cyclsime is only about three weeks away in Leesburg,Virginia where many national caliber custom framebuilders will be in attendance.

This event was held for ten years in Greensboro,N.C. and was in Leesburg,Va. June 2008 and it will be here locally again in June,2009 for lovers of lugged steel bicycles and vintage bicycle parts.
