Trek Madone 5.1 WSD... has anyone tried this bike?

I have this bike, I love it. Everything is stock except the bar tape and I now have a Selle San Marco Glamour saddle.

Okay... I'm laughing at my desk. haha

I had to send my husband the link to the thread so he can read it. He keeps on telling me to call the bike shop and give them my credit card#. He says that I'll never find the bike I want with a triple and in PINK. I'm the hesitant one here. I may have to cave in. I'll let y'all know what I decide. I guess it can be an early mother's day gift:p

I'll post pics if I get it. The only problem is that I saw it while I was moving my daughter's junk out of her college apartment and it's 2 hours away. It's a nice drive though.

Wow! I would have loved a pink bike. The Madone has pink accents and it really is a pretty bike. I'm riding today after work. I have to get some new pedals first. I can't wait!!:p

hehehe...you see how quickly all of the atlana people got excited about this amazing deal ;) I think that bike is beautiful! You could put pink handlebar tape on it to really make the pink pop out if you wanted!

Love, love, love. I have the Trek 2.3 WSD in silver/black. I am slowly but surely making Red the third color by adding Red Speedplay Light Action pedals, red/white helmet. When she needs bar tape, I'll make it Red.
But this pink is driving me crazy with bike envy!

They are Bontrager Pink. I think the color faded on mine from being dirty, lol!

Is this question for me? I don't know the brand, but I got them at a Performance store. I was looking for pink ones to match the frame, but found that these worked as well.
