name of the bike

I call my bike"my little piece of gold", because it's a yellow one! Bet next year I'll get a new bike, a Trek 5200, in the new us postal colors and I'll call it: Mance Armstring!!

My bikes are both yellow, but modified with applique petrogliph turtles. They have Hawaiian names - commuter is "Ka'apuni Ipu Kula" (Tough Gold), and my racer is "Wiki wiki Kupana la" (Fast Sunshine). Of course I don't call them by their full names - actually I don't talk to them much at all. Naming is fun in itself -
