Ooh, so far, so good. We met today, kind a preliminary thing. My minion and I will be taking over as the Sys Admins for the hospital's electronic document management system. Yes...this is a big deal.

Crap. I might start liking my job again. I have retirement plans dammit!:D

...and if things work out, minion will become equal, I'll have to come up with a new name for him.

I didn't have that when I was in the hosp, but I had the next best thing:

Nice nurse: "How are you feeling, dear?"

me: "Oh, a bit achey, but not too bad."

Nice nurse: "Oh, well gee, it's time for your morphine!"

Me: "Um, thanks!" :D

Oh, and come to find out I actually did have the little push button thingy the first couple of days I was in the hospital, but I was too freakin' out of it to use it on myself. :o

Hence the nice nurses came by and pushed it for me. :D
