My swim coach and Dagny got back yesterday from Training camp in San Diego.
Interestingly enough Dagny said "the workouts weren't as hard as the ones I do here at home!" She had a blast though, getting to race the olympic swimmers all day. (Maybe that is why she thought they were easier - they were more fun than her training alone day in and day out and putting in a full day at school)
ANYWAY the fun news is: my swim coach got to ride in a car with just the driver, herself and MICHAEL PHELPS :D
She said he is very, very nice and really funny.
Anyway keep watching for Dagny Knutson - I think she is well on her way to worlds in Rome!
