Hi!

I'm in the desperate search for a pair of transission prescription sunglasses that I can buy and get my prescription lenses put in. Over here in oz with winter soon approaching I need clear lenses when I start my ride but want them to darken as the sun comes up.

Im finding it difficult to find a brand of cylcing sunnies that will do prescription lenses..

Any suggestions or help??

THANKS :)

Depending on your prescription, Rudy Projects might be an idea? I asked the optometrist about other companies but was informed with my left eye, rudy's are the only ones that fit the prescription.

I have a clear set of lense insert & then change them over a bit darker lense once sunrise hits.
I gave up on transition lenses many years ago(ie..high school) as I felt like a dork wearing them. :o

Since you're out east, not sure but there was a thread on an Aussie based board (www.bicycles.net.au) that the eastern folk discussed this.
