Like new. I already have one (and LOVE it) and don't need two. It is great for keeping all the bike gear together. This is NOT the deluxe one. It is the one shown in this link (http://www.amazon.com/MountainSmith-05-70126-01-Mountainsmith-Bike-Cube/dp/B000F1RFNE)
It does have a 1.5 inch long thin, light colored, faint mark on the side with the logo. It doesn't affect wear but thought I would tell you.
