I'm so happy it's Friday and we are supposed to have wonderful warm sun-shining weather this weekend. It may get up to 80!!!

It's in the upper 60s right now and I had a hard time going back to work after lunch...

I am glad that it is Friday even if we are only at a balmy 32 degrees. Enjoy your weather, our will warm up someday!

cold and sleet here. But I've put in 3 2hr sessions the past 7 days. I'll just run&swim.

Yeah!!! I am on-call tomorrow so I hope I won't be too busy. Our weather is going to be cooler with a chance of rain or snow but that is okay. Have a great weekend everyone.

Heavy rain and hail forecast all weekend, temperatures just above freezing. Heyho, I'm full of a cold, so bikeride is out anyway...
