On that note, I've been back on my bike - 2 very brief spins: 1 was just rolling my commuter out of my garage and around the neighborhood, just to see how it felt, 10.5 months after I was knocked off; then a few miles on a local trail last weekend...DANG, it felt great!! :D:D
Looooong way to go, but am determined to keep rolling forward...

Nice story. Hard to here about accidents like that. Just riding along on the right side of the road and hit form behind!

I couldn't help but notice in the footage ALL the people riding their bikes WITHOUT a helmet. I know that happens... it just dipicted so many people not being safe! Of course the pictures of the "cyclists" did have helmets!
