As a weaver and a lover of color in general, I found this delightful. The issue for me isn't, would you wear this---it's just, "Oh, look! Seeing a splash of color is just plain fun."

Thanks for sharing that piece.
I loved to contrast between the black tights and some of the bright shoes. Just what we needed to remind us that spring will eventually get here, despite the approaching snow storm.

I love seeing all the ladies in their hats. :)
You know what's interesting, as the economy tanked my paintings became much more bolder and deliberate with color.

How interesting! I've been teaching myself fair isle and nordic knitting, stepping it up from just stripes.
In just a few minutes, I'm starting the Biodynamic Hat from here (http://knittingincolor.blogspot.com/) in bright red, fuschia pink and poppy orange. I love this woman's designs - and a portion of the profits supports bunnies!

I've never heard of a Biodynamic hat. That's very, very interesting. The colors and patterns on the blog are a feast for the eyes. You'll have to post a picture of your hat when you're finished. I have a special spot in my heart for artisans and craftsmen. :)
I enjoyed that but somehow found the narration irritating and distracting.
If anyone knows where I can find a faux leopard swing coat please let me know. I need one to wear with my tiara.

zinging with zest? ha, that guy has the same accent my uncle has (and most of my relatives in New Jersey. Fun stuff.
You have a tiara??
Not really but I think I need one for days when I feel especially festive.

Boy, that Biodynamic Hat, and everything else on that site, is quite gorgeous!
And I have a soft spot for fine artists. :) I like tiaras too.
I want that kitty teapot.

Zen, here's (http://www.berkeleyhat.com/lijehat.html) what you need.
Veronica certainly deserves a tiara. :)
Is that Mimi's bike in the background of the pic?

I absolutely love seeing people in bright colours, it makes me smile.
Thanks for sharing, it was fun to view.
Occasionally I show myself up at work when I wear my fluorescent socks.

I had an art friend that wore one of these. Artists always think outside the box. ;)

Nope- it's an orange Rivendell Rambouillet I believe. :D
(and is that a Little Joe Baggins saddlebag I see on there?)
