I love TE. This is by far the very best online store on the www
I ordered some socks and a pair of sunglasses the other day and in 2-3 days, there they were right on my doorstep!

LOL, that would have been impressive, for sure.
A bit of confusion, though -- and I guess I should probably contact customer service about this -- I placed the order on the afternoon of 2/26, and received an e-mail later that day (complete with tracking #) saying it had shipped. Yesterday (3/1) I checked the tracking # again, and the system says it shipped out of Hawaii (???) on 2/28. Hawaii? On the 28th?
Plus the charge has disappeared from my bank account. The charge was there when I checked on-line after I made the purchase, but now it's gone. I'd love to get the stuff for free, LOL, but sooner or later the charge will show up again...won't it? The fact that it disappeared is weirding me out.
Does TE really ship their stuff from Hawaii? I'm pretty sure that when I initially checked the tracking # it said the package had already shipped from somewhere that *wasn't* Hawaii.
Well, if it doesn't show up in a day or so, I'll go ahead and contact cust. service. The last time I did some on-line shopping, my credit card info got stolen, so I guess I'm a little paranoid right now.

Call TE right away. If there is a problem, they will fix it

LOL, I went ahead and called TE to check on my order, and sure enough, the post office mistakenly sent my package to Honolulu, HI. It has now been re-routed from Hawaii to Texas, and I should receive it in another day or so. Talk about taking the scenic route! :D

Wow, what a lucky package! Nothing like an unexpected trip to Hawaii!
I like that I can order something from TE at lunch...and pick it up after work on my way home. :p Though, to be fair, when I lived in NC I swear that I got my stuff *almost* as fast as I do now!

Package arrived today! Made pretty good time, considering it came all the way from Hawaii. Yippee! I can't wait to try out my new shoes this weekend. :cool:

In addition to how fast the item arrives at my door, I LOVE the fact that if I call and have a question about any item, they make a trip to the warehouse, come back with the items. Then the questions, measurements, fit are all answered, so I know the item will be as described and will be just what I want. :D...how many businesses do that???
