Hi Ladies,

I really like gloves that have padding over the entire palm of the hand rather than in three specific spots. My hands are so small, all the gloves with gel in specific places never work right for me. My last pair of full-palm padding gloves ripped right up the side, irreparably, so I'd really like to find another pair like that. Any thoughts on where to go? (There may be gloves like what I'm looking for available online or something, but the pictures rarely show enough to tell.)

Thanks!

Edit to add: I have a pair of small Pearl Izumi Symphony gloves (http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodPI_8584.html) that I HATE -- they're too big, so the padding is off and the seams hit my knuckles and rub. They're all I have right now.

However, the Terry Euro gloves (http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodTY_1365_2.html) or the Castelli Maya (http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodCI_K7095.html) look like they'd fit the bill -- does anybody have experience with these?

I'm like you- heavily contoured gloves don't work for me. I have a pair of Pearl Izumi pittards leather full-finger gloves. I normally hate the padding on PI gloves, but these are less contoured than some of their other styles, so they seem to hit me in the right spots. The Gel Vent gloves aren't bad either.

One word of caution: the PI glove size charts seem to be off. I wear a size smaller than what the chart indicates, in order to keep them from shifting around too much.

Anyone want a pair of never-worn womens PI Gel vent short-finger gloves in Medium? Make me an offer.

FWIW, I used to have problems with palm pain and searched far and wide (and in vain) for gloves with padding in the "right" places. Then while having my saddle height adjusted last year, the LBS guy tilted my handlebars up a tad. Since then, no pain and the old gloves are sufficient.

So, maybe the problem could be solved with an adjustment.
