Wool underwear

Hi - I wonder if anyone has tried the various wool underwear brands? Any favorites? Ones that don't ride up?

I am specifically interested in something that would fit under low-rise pants; so I guess a bikini or a hipster. (Don't care for boy shorts as much.)

I have the Ibex boy shorts. Material wise, they are fine. Keep you warm and they are low rise. But, I can't wear them under regular pants; only my tights and hiking pants. I normally wear thongs (I know, guys, I am the only old woman who does) and when I tried the Ibex w/ regular dress pants, way too many vpls.
Why do boy shorts fit snuggly and flat around the models legs and they ride up terribly on me? My legs are not huge, but I guess I have typical cyclist's legs, with bigger thighs.

I've got a couple pair of the Ibex standard briefs. They fit well and stay put and sit somewhat low on the hips. The fabric is very nice. My only complaint is that the leg openings tend to irritate the tendons across my groin by the end of the day. But most briefs do that to me (which I why I go without much of the time.

I, too wear thongs. And I can't abide the typical boy short - too bunchy on me! I was thinking of getting a pair of Ibex ones specifically for cycling though figuring that when worn under bike shorts or tights, they won't be able to ride up. Is that what you experienced - or do the legs ride up even under tights?

after my frozen crotch adventure this winter, i bought a couple pairs of Ibex boy shorts. I LOVE them. They do not bunch up on me, they feel nice. I will not hesitate to wear them on any cold and long rides. They are cute too.

Wool is amazing.

I also have an Ibex wool bra which takes care of the cold clammy chest thing one gets while exercising outside.

The legs ride up to my crotch under my tights and/or long underwear. I can pull them down and they will stay for a bit, but it seems like they are always right in the crease between my leg and my torso. I don't wear them under bike shorts.
I guess I would need grippers to keep them down! But, I am glad I bought them, as they really kept me warm when I was x country skiing in NH last month.
I want that Ibex bra. I am having real issues with cold, clammy, sweaty bras and winter sports. It's so much an issue with cycling, so maybe they will be on sale this summer.

I do have Smartwool boy shorts. They are great for summer sleepwear. However, they have failed for me, for daytime wear...they always seem to ride up. And I've tried different sizes.

Anyone tried the Icebreaker hipsters or bikinis?
