Have you seen trailers for the new Star trek flik yet? Do you think it's going to be any good? I'm just not sure how I feel about all of the new young no face actors playing these roles…. Thoughts?

I saw a trailer for it and thought it looked pretty cool, before I even knew what movie it was for.

But then I was never really into the original series. I like the movies, but I prefer TNG to the first series.

And I like Simon Pegg, who seems enough of a comic book/sci-fi nerd that playing Scotty is probably one of his dream roles.

there's so many new faces...it's so annoying..haha..What about Nimoy and Shatner? Even LeVar Burton as geordi la forge…they're irreplaceable

I remember several years ago they were talking about Keanu Reeves for young Spock and Matt Damon for young Kirk.....:D

that would be interesting to see...haha... i googled Levar burton & he hasn't really done anything since reading rainbow...haha...the only recent project is a movie he's in tomorrow nite..which yeah is pretty random:
