Hmmmmm..... must be everyone's day off, if I"m the first to post.

I went out for a 10 miler. It was a sunny 47 degrees. I was sooo impressed that I managed 4 minute miles. I have been riding a lot at the gym, but not outside.

Hope everyone else had a good ride today.

Good job on the 4 min. miles. :)

Did a whopping 20 min. of big gear riding on the trainer. Too late when I got home to ride outside, and I was too tired to do much longer. Not very exciting, but a ride is a ride (it's what I tell myself anyway). ;)
