Okay, for over a year now I've been toting a ten dollar bill around in my handlebar bag. I started this back when I first came to this forum because someone said to always carry money. I never knew why, I mean, I live on outer edge of Podunk and when I bike I head further out into Beyond Rural America. There just isn't any use for the ten dollar bill....or so I thought, until today.
1. Kashi Go Lean Carmel Crunch bar, on the label looks perfect with it's 8 Grams of protein and 5 Grams of fiber and weighs next to nothing.
2. Kashi Go Lean 13 miles into a 26 mile ride is NOT really as tasty as I had hoped it would be
3. Do we really need 5 Grams of fiber when we are out road cycling?
4. So THAT'S what the Ten dollar bill is for!
(If I had not been riding solo I would have used Ben's ten dollar bill, too)
