bahhh humbug. Threw it out again.

Was getting into my car this morning for my commute and my back just went snap! locked up tight and I just couldn't breath. Managed to get out of the car and hobbled back into the house. Thank goodness I wasn't wearing a skirt.

So home today. home tomorrow too. and my bike ride which I kick started over the 4 day holiday is going down the drain... Oh well... And hello to heating pad, and Ibuprofin.

Oooo just found some hydrocodone (Oh that's right it made me really sick so no Joe to the prescription pill. left over from my broken collar bone 7/8 years ago. took one and that was one too many.)

Did manage to go for a short walk to the post office, starbucks, and my bank. Tax man doesn't like late payments so...

May be it was the cycling. Maybe it was me working/servicing all three UPS (uninterruptable power supply) for our computers in my house. Each one must weigh about 40 pounds. One had dead batteries, one I already fixed and last one has a bad component which needs replacing. Or maybe carrying 40 pound bags of kitty litter for all the cats in my house. oh I also rotated the tires on my car. I don't know how much a shop would charge me nor how long I have to wait. Anyway, I guess I'm disabled for a while maybe a week. Things you learn to do when you have no man around :D

BIG OUIE!!!

OUCHIE!! Hydrocodone gives me nutty dreams, I stay away from that stuff. Besides after that long it has probably lost its potency. ;)

:)Cat - hope you're feeling better this morning.

Were you one with the heating pad over night?

I hope you feel better soon. I threw out my back by trying to lift too much. I have to be really careful with that. I ask my neighbors to help me if something is just too heavy, and they are happy to oblige (and I will make them all tollhouse cookies when my kitchen is done!)

Take care of your back and ask for help when you need it. Have you seen a doctor and/or chiropractor? Chiro was very beneficial to me (as is Pilates to keep all the muscles strong and limber).
