Zen-
Sweet bike!!!
What model Brooks are you looking for? I know Lisa mentioned that the B68 would no longer be made in Honey:(

If i have this right I'd like the B67 (with springs) but would take a B68 if I could find one.
I may have to try a Selle Anatomica if i can't get a Brooks.

Here's a B68: ModernBike (http://www.modernbike.com/itemgroup.asp?IGPK=2126176549) and a B67 ModernBike (http://www.modernbike.com/itemgroup.asp?IGPK=2126176551) (I can't claim Credit - Lisa sent me these a while ago - as I recall, she had ordered from them.) Alas, I haven't because I'm not sure they will work for me and the return policy isn't WallBike Style:)

Zen-
Try Ben's, the place I linked to in this thread where I was warning about this issue last month:
http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showthread.php?t=27282
I wound up getting mine from Ben's, and the other places had run out even though one had taken my order anyway mistakenly thinking they had one.
Ben's might have a B67 honey- give them a call.
Also, the other places I suggested were out of B67 honey, but maybe they still have a B67 honey, who knows.
Make some phone calls. :)

you sure you wouldn't like the darker brown? It holds its color a lot better!
I looked at that site last night and thought the same thing but just bit the bullet and bought one.
I figure I can sell it if it doesn't work out.

Are you going to change the handlebar tape to match the new saddle? Inquiring minds want to know...
I think I'm just going to get grips.
i have some on order but if the color isn't right I'll probably get the grips from Gilles Berthoud (http://www.wallbike.com/berthoud/selle/docselle-12.pdf)

Is that a bike that you bought recently? Do you have it already?
Are you going to change the handlebar? (grips )
If so, are you also changing the downtube shifters for something else?

Zen, I thought you didn't think the Brooks was very comfortable on the C&O trip?
It was very comfy, just no time to dial in the fit.

No and Yes

She's going upright, with bar end shifters :)
See that lever on the seat tube? It flips the bottom bracket generator on/off.
Unfortunately, the generator is out of order but the new generator (on the seat stay) will still be able to use it.
