On November 7, Piedmont Flyers Bicycle Club is proud to host guest speaker Jeff Spencer.
Jeff could be considered the backbone of the United States Postal Service. Mostly due to the fact that he is their chiropractor! Seriously, he has an extensive background in the training of highly skilled athletes.
From Tiger Woods to Bob Hannah to Lance Armstrong to many others, he has worked with the best in the world. Jeff will tell you what it's like behind the scenes, because he's been there. He hopes to show you what it means to train hard, recover fast and win big!
