Well, you will have to break in the pretty new shoes sometime. Which would make you feel better during the race?

I've already worn the new shoes on a three mile run. They have a little better ankle support. I'll probably go with the new shoes. They won't be pretty anymore. :p

They'll just be a different kind of pretty -- like my dirty shoes from the Nike marathon. :D
