I'm still trying to figure out the election. I read this comment in an article:

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/10/25/palin.tension/index.html

"Palin associate defended her, saying that she is "not good at process questions" and that her comments on Michigan and the robocalls were answers to process questions..."

So can someone tell me what a process question is? Thanks!

Maybe this (http://life.familyeducation.com/teen/communication/42907.html) will help.

Sounds like a 'process question' is a type of question designed to elicit a particular response.

From Zen's link, it sounds to me as if a process question is designed to elicit or encourage analytical thinking.

A question that focuses on the how and why. You need to analyze and synthesize information from many sources. As I used to say to my students, you need to elaborate and give supporting evidence.
Not a question that has a one word or "snap" answer.

in other words, a question that she has to think about and cannot have simply memorized the answers to.

So she's not good at answering questions that she has to think about? ROTFLMAO!

I'll betcha you guys are gonna get in trouble for this :D.

Promise I won't tell, though.

Anyone who watched the VP debate plus her various interviews can draw his or her own conclusions .
