Just got this e-mail:

I did a search and didn't find any hits on this. Apparently you join (Now only for $9.95!) and get to download training tapes and have access to nutrition guidance. TE is my source for training and nutrition guidance! But I am tempted to download the 3 workouts.

I was just curious if anyone had joined Cyclo-Club and, if so, what they thought of it.
