I am on my last job of the year here in North Carolina. Cooooold! Brrrrrrr! But I am getting such a nice taste of fall I don't normally get. The tree's are so pretty!
So we found out last week that Lorelei has Autoimmune hepitis. With pending Test on possible thyroid problems as well which is what could be causing other symptoms. One causing the other.
I don't know what all is detailed about her condition ( cause I have been knee deep in sand this past week). But FINALLY some answer's. And action on getting our little girl back I hope. After almost a year of watching her fade to nothing we might still have a chance to bring her back. Thank you all for the millionth time for you warm wishes and prayer's. This is the best news we have had in a long time.
And th art classes Lorelie loves and has been going to even though my sister couldn't really afford them. The school is giving her a free tuition for as long as she wants. They felt she deserved it after all the family has been through. That was WAY COOL! Finally things are looking up for this family!

Thanks for the update!

Keeping the prayers coming - I hope that this diagnosis is a first step toward finding treatments without too many side effects.

Brandi, that is great that you and your family finally have a diagnosis for Lorelei. Now that her medical team have figured it out, they can come up with a treatment plan for her, yay! More healing vibes being sent her way.

Brandi - So good to hear Lorelei is doing better and there's a name to what's wrong with her. Good juju coming her way.

Do we get to see your latest sand castle?

I am really glad too! I need to call my sister and get the whole story though. I am so pressed for time. And during the day we are carving on a busy city street. And the fire station is a block away. I am so burned out by the end of the day from noise, weather, working that I only have a smidge of energy left in me at the end of the day. Whew..even that was hard to get out.
I will post pic;s as soon as I get home. Supposed to rain on festival day though. Bad to have the festival only one day. But it is a great one! talk to you all when I get home. Git home! I am in the south!
