Help Guys,
I went out this morning and it was 39 degrees. I only made it about 6 miles before my hands were sooo cold I didn't think I would ever thaw them out. I had on 2 pairs of gloves but it just wasn't enough. I have loved riding all summer, lost 35 lbs so far and hate the idea of a spinning class or the trainer. What do you all do to keep your hands warm when it is very cold, feet too?

Check the sticky threads on cold weather clothing and gear. There have been more than a few posts on the subject in the last couple of weeks. And welcome to TE:)
