I have a slightly used (~1 month on my bike) Italian Road Bike Mirror for sale. It's a superb mirror, just bothers my hypersensitive left wrist, so going to try something else. $20 including shipping or make me an offer. It'll be going on ebay soon if no one here wants it.

I'd never seen one of those before, but it looks interesting (much nicer than most bar end mirrors) - can you explain what about it bothers your wrist? Do you have to twist your arm to see it? Does the attachment make for a larger gripping surface on the drops? Or what?

Pics and info here (http://www.aspirevelotech.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=RBM_1001&Category_Code=MIRROR).
OakLeaf, it has little rubber fins that go over the bar under your tape- maybe an extra 4-6 mm of stuff under there, which on my compact bars is enough for my wrist to be at a different angle than it wants to be at in the drops. I have an old injury to a ligament in that wrist that is extremely easy to aggravate. DH has one too and he likes it a lot. I like the mirror- both the glass that gives you a really crisp view and the stability of it. I had to unwrap my bars anyway because of a broke shifter, otherwise I would have kept it. Could also be that the bar phat was over it.
