That's nice and original.
I'd go for the t-shirt option, personally.

That's fun! I'd buy it on a Tee.

:D Fun Design! It's a really good variation between the others out there.

I'd go for the tattoo myself. It's a great way to mark this part of your life and -t-shirts wear out.

One thing to keep in mind though is that if you are going to get it tattooed on is that where the waves over lap the gear the artist probably wont be able to overlay the blue on top of the black. I still think the design would work well with the waves being solid though.

I'm getting the top to my triathlon/marathon back piece done the end of this month. I'll be sure to post pictures of my design then. :)

Oh yes, please do.

I think I still need to play with the proportions of this - and most certainly I'll try out temporary tats first. That would be fun anyway.

I'm not ready yet.

Fun stuff! Not sure how it would translate to a tattoo... so a shirt would be nice.

I wonder what it would look like with more of a road bike tire. Hint hint.

I like it. I'd buy it on a T-shirt too. We could have a TE tri shirt.

Very cool design, I'd go for the tat.

Elegant, simple, understated, has that "why didn't I think of that?" quality, works either in black and white and in color, all the solid principles of corp design there, could work on anything from a full pro Tri team kit and ID to a tat to the bottom of a pool to .... :D

Get ... it ... copyright ... NOW!

For many artists and frankly especially women artists your first sign of success is seeing your design on the side of someone's truck (There's a logo still tooling around the Bay Area and when I see it I wave "nice work! I didn't get paid for that")

Trust me, we're all saying "ooooh, cute, I'd buy that on Cafe Press, it'd be a nice tat". Trust me, someone pull up this page somehow, googles Tri and says "I've found our corp Identity or the next hot "gotta have it" Tri gear".

Copyright it and ask "Susan, let's get this product line going"

Hey, you said it, you can have it:

http://www.cafepress.com/arabbit

I saved it as the highest quality graphic they recommended, everything is vector graphics so there should not be any pixely stuff going on.

the magnets are not perfect yet.
I'd like a bigger print on the Tees but especially the cap sleever one, haven't managed to get it any bigger.

if you want it any other way, just say it and I'll create the option. Or product.

I did not mark up the items. So I'm not making any money.

You wanna wait until I get it as big as possible on the tee, or is one of those sized ok ?

.....ah! I think I got it right! 8 inches across should do it.

And I fixed the magnets

Trek, I know what you mean. In about 1988, I volunteered for my church doing the newsletter. I created a logo for a particular program one of the groups was doing to put in the newsletter and all the publicity we would do. It was 1988, when home computers were not yet everywhere, and I did it at work using Paint, on an IBM XT computer that had 512K of RAM. After the campaign was over, I never thought another thing about it. Until I had moved several times, married, had another kid, left organized religion, etc.

Ran into that logo not too long ago! In a church bulletin, no less. I thought it was pretty funny. I don't care that I didn't get paid for it, because I'm no artist. But if I were, I'd be a little miffed.

Similar thing happened to us when I worked with a firend doing preliminary work on a logo for ... Working Assets Money Market Fund. Went off on vacation and came back it's all over their brochures, material, signs. "Hey folks, these were prelimary, she didn't check off on them, unfinished and not paid yet"

Just because you feel you have to get something to press is no reason not check with and pay the designer. Grrrrrr.

Nice design and I think they still use it

How about individual buttons (i.e., not a ten-pack)?

It's a cool logo, and I thought I'd get something for my tri-friend for her birthday....but I think the red foot makes it look more like a don't sign.....I liked the foot outline better.

Ah, well, you definitely can't please all of the people all of the time.

Hugs and butterflies,

*bump*

I got myself a sales report and in total, 4 people have ordered something. So four incarnations of my little creation are now happily floating around in the US. It's a cool feeling.

Maybe somebody wants something of either variant for christmas, or if you need another item with the logo on, do tell and I'll put it up. Remember I am not making any money.
