I got my usual early time in last 2 days...except it was for a 6:00 am phone interview. Interviewers were based in NYC. The things we do to see if we can get a job we wanted....:o

And it was the only way I could swing this since I share office space with other employees at work. And I can't guarantee a free meeting rm. at work at lunch even if I charge phone calls to our personal phone account. And I hate using cell phones since I can't seem to hear people half of the time anyway.

Well, we'll see where this leads too..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz:cool:

I've done this crazy thing before due to time zone differences. I did land a job where I was phone interviewed initially at ...5:00 am my time. I agreed to it and it went well. Then I went to work.

This afternoon, the bus driver yelled at me. I discovered I had napped all the way to the commuter train stop and the bus just emptied itself of other passengers.

What kind of job did you interview for?
Hope you hear some good news about the position you're trying for. :)

I'll let this forum know..if I get the job.

Right now, it's abit of a mechanical process..resume, interview...You have to understand I recently lost out on 2 different job competitions where I was shortlisted and flown out to employer's locations, at their expense.

After the whole process...later..I find out they hired the incumbents for these 2 different jobs. I can't help but believe that on paper, I look like your good "diversity" candidate --because of right job expertise, educational qualifications, etc.

So the merry-go-round continues...

But at least this weekend, I slept real deep and long ..like a baby.
