Great job everyone who completed Week 2! Everyone who reported posted a BIG increase in the number of pups you were doing!

I still haven't set up a photo account  but here's a link to the summary (http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=p1DExFpUd0kqAbjt81avdLA&hl=en).

Hopefully you're all rested up from your exhaustion tests and you've already started, or are ready to start, Week 3. It's a big jump but I know you can do it!

My numbers aren't accurate. I was totaling them for the whole week. I wish I was able to do that many in one day ,but I'm having a hard time. This week I will give you a total just for the 3rd day. I'm not giving up though..just take it day by day.

with sadness i am probably going to have to drop out.

i have made considerable progress with my push-ups.... however, there is no way i can do 12 of them... in one sitting :(... not unless i want to tear my shoulders :(

so i am repeating week 2 this week for week 3 and will continue to improve on my own... but i guess i'm out of the game... sorry :(

No you're not!

Just reduce the load for this week, or go back one week, do something that feels easy to boost your confidence again, and next week you'll be stronger! I am now repeating week 3 although the rest of the group is at week 4. So what?

Smile :)

I just want to say that even though I didn't do any pushups last week, I took the bull by the horns last night and did 60 of them. Will report my third day on Saturday. Being a participant here is really helping me, so thanks very much!

YES!!!

As I've said before, six weeks to 100 pups is not very realistic. I'm guessing no more than one or two of us will progress that quickly. It's way more than 10% a week (you increased your total by 30% last week!!).

Anybody who wants to stay in this group, I'll track the pups by calendar week, NOT week of the program, for as long as anybody wants the tracking to stay up. Repeating weeks is part of the plan.

Thanks Oakleaf....
I am way behind this week. (Very crappy week--long story--and not very interesting!)
I just now (today) did Day 1 of Week 3 of the "revised" plan.
OMG....I did it---not sure how. It was a BIG jump!
Now I have to get day 2 & 3 done before next week so I can get back on schedule.
I may be repeating this week. But I am doing my darnest not to.
And refusing to "drop to my knees".

Column 1 / Day 3 / Week 3 (11/13/9/9/29) ~~ Total = 71

I think I'm gonna have to re-do this week. I only did one day.

Too much time flying this week. Kind of maddening how much time I spend waiting at the gate, thinking "this would be a great time to do my push-ups, but maybe it's not the right place."

I fell way behind last week and only did day 1 of week 3. Had some "stuff" (aka= life) that got in the way.
So I am going to do week 3 starting today (9/29)--so I am 2 weeks off the first group (Cyclepups) and 1 week off our group!
Not sure I can even do week 3/column 2/"new" revised---I barely eeked out day 1 last week. And now I have had some time off from building up my push up muscles. We shall see.
Oakleaf...I am sure this is totally confusing to you to have keep up w/ all us and some repeating weeks. Thanks so much!
I'll try and be clear and consice when reporting!

I'm just going to post what everyone reports at the end of each calendar week. :) It's up to you to keep track of which program week you're on, what column (if you change), what type of pups you're doing, etc.

Sorry for the late update this week. I rode the Lone Star Ride Fighting AIDS with my sister :D (well she was way off the front, my sorry *ss met back up with her at the end ) - what a great time and a great cause! Need a little more processing time for a ride report though!
