Prices on old bikes?

I am going to sell my 94 Trek 2300 in a few months. It is all carbon, and has a ultegra triple that was installed in 98. I used it until 2004, when I got a new bike. What kind of price should I ask for? I realize that I have over 20,000 miles on the bike! It is a 47 cm, which may help or hurt matters, and a Men's, since this was before bike makers realized women biked!
